Our private gym spaces in Dublin 4 are one of a kind. These are fully private own-door training pods where the whole training space is all to yourself. For those who want a private gym or safe space to conduct their training, wellness or mindful practice. The private gym is located in Dublin docklands on the doorstep of Grand Canal Dock. You can conduct your own training program or practice in the space or we can provide you with a bespoke program tailored to your goals and circumstances. And if you ever need a refresher on your training, you can book a session with one of our personal trainers.
