Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by BUMAPS as the data controller within the scope described below.

Data Controller

BUMAPS is the data controller that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

Personal Data Processed

  • Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone.
  • Transaction security: IP address, session and device information.
  • User content: business records, reviews and listings.

Purposes and Legal Grounds

Your data is processed for membership management, business claim verification, ensuring security, service delivery and fulfilling legal obligations, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Data

To the extent necessary to provide the service, your data may be shared with authorized partners and service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics) and transferred to competent public authorities where required by law.
