Neapolitan pizza is impossible to beat.
Our pizza dough is made on site every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped and cooked in our wood fired oven at 450 degrees.
The proving means were able to use minimal quantities of yeast in our dough, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible.
We are dedicated to spreading the culture and traditions of the real wood-fired pizza di Napoli and to create that true smoky flavour from our wood oven.
