Founded in 1991 by owners Michael Clifton and Terry De La Cruz, Performance Roofing has grown to become the preeminent roofing and sheet metal contractor in Orange County.
Since the company’s inception, both Michael and Terry have applied their extensive roofing experience in taking a hands-on approach to running the business. Every step of each job, from bid to completion, is managed by Michael or Terry. This philosophy has led to the company’s steady growth over the past 30 years.
Performance Roofing has developed a niche in the high-end custom home market – both new and re-roof. Their clientele includes a virtual “Who’s Who” of Orange County, ranging from professional athletes to celebrities to business leaders.
