I started practicing yoga in 2010 when I had a sore back and couldnt even reach my toes! Ive come a long way since. I attended many local yoga classes and followed online videos and those inspired me to take up my yoga teacher training in India. I seen how yoga can help people and I wanted to share the benefits. Ive been teaching yoga classes every week in Newry from 2017.
