Your individual needs always come first and I use a range of techniques to support you to change and grow. We can work together online, by telephone as well as in-person. Whichever suits you best. I am qualified in Integrative Psychotherapy (including CBT, NLP and Coaching), Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Grief Education, Stress Management, End-of-Life Therapy, and Hypno-oncology (specialist hypnotic interventions for those on the cancer journey.)
