Hello my name is Michael and I am qualified personal trainer in Leicestershire. My goal is to help people achieve their goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, gain endurance or all at once I can design you a program in the most efficient, safe, enjoyable and proactive way possible, either from the comfort of your home, gym, outdoors, work place and online. Aside creating fitness programmes if the nutrition side of achieving your goals is something youre struggling with then I can assist and teach you to cook various delicious, healthy and simple dishes suited to any dietary requirements with fresh ingredients as I am also a qualified chef.
