It´s Marcela here from Mexico City married to a Welsh man. I started cooking some of my favourite Mexican dinners at home, my husband delighted, spread the word with friends and here I am after a successful year cooking for more people. My business activity started doing pop-ups in restaurants and pubs and now not only I offer private dining experiences but also I´ve even taken part in food festivals, gigs and recently offering take-aways from home. My purpose is to share the authentic and delicious flavours of my beloved home country of Mexico with all those who love exploring new flavours and particularly interested in knowing more of Authentic Mexican Food.
