London Roof Surveys came about because of our experience in the roofing trade, and the lack of good, experienced roof surveyors that can report on problem roofs for property owners. More and more we are being asked to do roof surveys for insurance policy renewal. Its now becoming apparent that before an insurance company will issue a new house insurance policy, it requires that the roof is inspected and a report is given to show the condition of the roof. We carry out inspections and produce many reports on roofs in all sorts of conditions and we provide recommendations on how to correct roof problems. We are also highly experienced roofing contractors, and can carry out all roofing works.
