Labyrinth Mind is a Meditation instructor located at 4 Threave Apartments, Braunton EX33 1AR, United Kingdom.
I offer Qigong classes in North Devon primarily but also run workshops in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Somerset and Cornwall. At the moment, there are no ‘live’ in-person classes or workshops but I am pleased to say this will change shortly. I will soon be able to announce new weekly classes in Devon and I am also planning some workshops for this summer in Henley-on-Thames and Devon. I have a class on Zoom that will continue in this format. It is titled ‘Qigong to Relax’ – 9.30-10.30am every Friday. As the title suggests it is about relaxation – it is about sinking deeper into relaxation while moving, mindful movement. It is accessible to most people regardless of age or physical condition.
