Im a Body Control Pilates teacher based in central Winchester, with a passion for improving everyday functional movement. My aim is to give you the tools to help you improve your mobility whilst ensuring stability, improving posture and safe movement, muscle tone and joint health. I try to be as creative as possible on the mat, using Pilates balls, bands, foam rollers and, to be frank, anything which helps you best feel and find the movement.
