I am a qualified and accredited CBT therapist and also a fully qualified EMDR therapist with a background in mental health nursing. I have over 15 years experience of working with people with mental health difficulties in a variety of settings, however my passion has always been working with those struggling with depression and anxiety. I offer help to overcome depression, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, OCD, phobias and PTSD/trauma. I have a special interest in compassion-focused therapy and this is strongly influences the therapy I deliver. I am accredited with BABCP and a member of the EMDR Association
