Eaglescliffe Medical Practice was started in 1971 by Dr T. O Callaghan and has grown to look after over 10,000 patients from Eaglescliffe, Yarm and surrounding areas. We try to combine efficiency with friendliness in looking after our patients. We aim to provide a high standard of preventative care and advice whilst encouraging healthy lifestyle without undue medical interference. The Health Centre This is a purpose built, fully accessible building, opened in 2009, with car parking on site. We share the centre with other health personnel employed by Hartlepool and Stockton-On-Tees CCG, many of whom are involved in nursing and health promotion.
