We are a small independent restaurant in the heart of Ambleside. Dodds Restaurant has been a staple of the town going back into the early 1900s. We took ownership in 2008 after various owners and decided to lift it up to its best that it has ever been with the aim to keep its heritage as a over 100 year old Restaurant. We have done this by using the best quality ingredients locally and from further if cannot be sourced in the Lake District. We have built up a reputation over 15 years of being consistent and evolving with our food and service.
