Having outgrown our original home in Aston, we set up our Kings Norton branch in January 2010 and following further investment it has now become home for our finance and administration team. Dan Horton – part of the original ‘famous five’ – was promoted to Branch Manager when the branch first opened. If you ever wanted a mentor and role model on how to manage your customers and where service is everything, then Dan would make a fine example.
