Tom Chase was one of the Twentieth Circuits earliest mediators in 1991, initially, he mediated and practiced personal injury plaintiff work and defense work for the Florida Department of Risk Management. Currently, Tom limits his practice to mediation. Over Toms career, he enjoyed a wide range of litigation experience in personal injury defense, personal injury plaintiffs work, mediation, corporate / commercial litigation, condominium litigation and defamation. The wide variety of his work has given him a multi-faceted perspective, so crucial in the best mediators.
