I am a qualified Holistic Counsellor, Ceremonial Cacao Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner, but more importantly I draw on my intuition, my own life experiences, and my spiritual healing practices in each of my individual and group sessions.
I believe we are all craving deeper connection to ourselves and to others and my aim with The Light Practice is to offer services and create sacred spaces to facilitate this connection.
