Hello, Im Cecilia Martinez, Im Southernwind Kennels, Southernwind was established in 1978, It all started through the input of different successful breeders and enthusiasts friends who were part of the inspiration . As a young girl I had always shared a great passion for dogs and Horses, my home was known as the Pet rescue Shelter in my town, were all strayed and abandoned dogs would come to share our home. When I was born, my family had Perla, a Female Doberman who had been a rescue from the first Doberman breeder in PR, Perla suffered distemper and they were going to put her down, but then my MOM came to the rescue and took her under her care.
