I completed my M.A. degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. I have experience working with folx from all walks of life and mental health concerns, including substance use and process addictions. As a systemic therapist, I enjoy working with couples and families to resolve relational conflict, increase effective communication, create a more equitable bond, and enhance intimacy. I work alongside clients, exploring their strengths and values to help them better cope with life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re dealing with a loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, or coping in ways that don’t align with your values, I would be honored to be a witness to your process.
