Saltgrass Steak House

Hugesmoker is a BBQ catering service based out of Rockwall, Texas. We have catered events as small as a family BBQs, as well as Church events, or any form of celebration events. We smoke all kinds of meat, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage and even holiday turkeys and hams. Our sides included baked beans, potato salad, breads, with sweet tea, and water for refreshments.
