About
Rocky Mountain Insight is a Theravada Buddhist Meditation and Dharma Center founded in 1994 by Dr. Lucinda Green. The unifying purpose of RMI is to offer the teachings of the Buddha that alleviate suffering and cultivate joy to those interested. Our focus is instruction in Anapanasati Meditation (Mindfulness of the Breath), Vipassana (Insight) and the Dharma, the Universal Truths as taught by the Buddha.
RMI holds weekly sittings, classes and retreats to support study and practice as well as a means to foster noble friendship and noble conversation. All are welcome: newcomers, beginning meditators, and seasoned practitioners. We value the presence of new and old friends.
