Ricardo Ramos, MD, FACC

Ricardo Ramos, MD, earned his medical degree from Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre in Brazil. He broadened his training in the U.S. with fellowships in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, cardiology and internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Fla. Hes certified in electrophysiology, cardiovascular medicine and internal medicine.
Our parents influence our lives. My father is a cardiologist, and he played a big role in my decision to go into medicine, says Dr. Ramos. I chose Mosaic Life Care because it is patient-oriented and provides state-of-the-art technology.

As an electrophysiologist, Dr. Ramos conducts studies in the cath lab to diagnose and treat abnormal heart rhythms.
