Presence to Pupils offers services in the areas of meditation, mindfulness, and neuroscience.
Integrating science with meditation and mindfulness allows people to understand how these practices balance their nervous system, and thus, create an internal environment of harmony instead of stress, thereby minimizing the potential threat of disease. Our Change Your Mind ~ Create New Results Workshop, developed by Dr. Joe Dispenza, helps our clients make conscious changes and the follow-up coaching leads to those changes being sustainable.
