Opening in 2019, On The Rocks is a local neighbourhood bar serving great cocktails, wines, beers and ciders.
Our craft is in cocktails – our drinks have easy to identify, bold flavours, made using cutting edge methods. We make all of our syrups, cordials, blends, sherbets and sorbets on-site using locally sourced, fresh produce.
We have a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry with backgrounds in bartending, menu development, management and training. We have a strong commitment to memorable cocktails and service and are excited to be a part of the Truro community! This bar is now called No4
