About
Mountain Below Earth is an internal martial Arts movement school in Asheville that specializes in private and small group instruction on how to create Sacred space within one’s self. Through Taoist martial Arts we embody the principles of Nature and cultivate simple circular movement, in which the practitioner will develop increased internal and external supple awareness. By embracing the ancient self-cultivation techniques of tried and tested technology such as Tai Chi Chuan and Silk Reeling Chi Kung the Body/Mind/Spirit unity becomes a everyday experience.
