The Lighthouse Center is a supportive meditation community. Why meditate? The positive effects of meditation include (but are not limited to) reduction of stress, feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated mentally, emotionally and physically. Meditation helps one to set aside the ego to enable increased mental clarity, attain a sense of inner peace and expand ones spiritual awareness. It also helps develop and increase ones intuition and openness of the Heart. And ultimately it enables one to increasingly commune with God.
