Yol = PathYaşam = LifeThe studio derived her name from these two words to open a life path for people . We believe each person has their own path, fast or slow , easy or rough. It does not matter, in this studio we respect all attendees and all are welcomed in this field. Yasam studyosu is mainly a yoga & pilates studio and we also have mindfulness meditation coaching, aeroyoga, functional movements, budokon. We also provide family constellation session, somatic practices, trauma release, craniosacral, deep tissue/trigger point/ reflexology massage. Our studio can also be used by other people for workshops in relevant and accepted fields.
