I never feel alone (INFA) is an international student support service organisation in Melbourne, Australia. We help and support current and prospective international students in Melbourne by providing part-time job search assistance, helping to find emergency accommodation if needed, and helping to connect with their local communities and people. As a result, they feel connected with their families while they are away from home. Furthermore, 24/7 student hotline telephone support service, extreme hardship financial support, health and wellbeing support, career-oriented short courses, industry-specific training, education counsellor, and migration agent support throughout their membership.
