Higgs Construction is a local favorite for all your residential construction needs. Higgs Construction originated in the Bay Area in 1987, originally operated by Jims father. Now, 31 years later, he successfully runs the family business, covering most of Sacramento and El Dorado counties. You can always count on Jim to be very passionate about the construction trade. Its not only reflected in his work, but his interactions with his clients. As a homeowner himself, he understands firsthand that work performed on homes can sometimes be costly and frustrating.
