Heatsense was founded by Matthew Cope and Nico Edwards with the belief that going the extra mile for our customers is key to delivering an exceptional service. Having both trained and worked for larger organisations for 10 years, both Nico and Matt realised that the standards of work and service provision provided by these companies generally was not meeting customer expectations.

Heatsense was established in 2018 and has grown consistently in subsequent years primarily due to high levels of repeat business from customers who appreciate a professional service.
