Health Journey Partner is a NDIS registered healthcare company created with the vision to build a community-based healthcare solution that fosters lasting relationships and helps people become the best version of themselves. Our mission is simple: to help people; as many people as we can in as many ways as we can. This is why we choose to donate 5% of profits to charities of your choice. Our wide range of allied health services include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, Massage Therapy, Psychology and Counselling for people with different funding, including NDIS, HCP, CHSP, private health insurance and self-funded.
