About us: Dance and Health was founded by husband and wife, Lily and Viktor in 2011. They have an amazing team of qualified Zumba fitness instructors who have a common purpose: To help you fall in love with exercising and make exercise a stable part of your life. Whether you havent been exercising for a good while but want to get your heart-rate up a bit, or lose a few pounds or maybe just to switch off after a tough day at work, we got you covered! No matter your age, your fitness level or if youre a beginner or an experienced dancer. You are always welcome at our classes! As we say, you wont sweat, you will sparkle! :)
