Would you like to unwind and practice Yoga or Pilates in a comfortable and relaxed setting? I provide public and private classes. The public classes are usually held in the Knock Riada Community Centre (now online), and there is a strong community feel. Each Yoga class includes a breathing practice, physical postures, and a guided relaxation at the end. Pilates focuses on breathing too, while strengthening the abdominal muscles and improving posture. I also provide Pilates, Yoga, stress management and Mindfulness programs as a courses in a corporate settings, studios, schools and gyms. A practice can be as challenging or as relaxing as you need it to be.
