Yoga Stretch Galways classes are run by Agnieszka, who qualified as a yoga teacher in early 2010, after completing a 1 year long yoga teacher training with prestigious Green Lotus Yoga Training School directed by Carol Murphy. In March 2018 Agnieszka completed separate Yin Yoga training with Grace Tempany, and Kids Yoga in early 2019. Since 2010 Agnieszka gives Yoga Classes across Galway city. Over the years she developed her own style of teaching. She describes her classes as a combination of Hatha
