Since 2016, I have been working as a Yoga Teacher after studying in Rishikesh, India. Yoga to me is more than a physical practice, but rather a lifestyle. Working with the chakras and yogic philosophy allows me to empower students through subtle, gentle practices which are often most transformative of all. I am particularly passionate about nature and enjoy guiding groups on mindful walking experiences, allowing us to connect with the sacred land around us here in Ireland. I host regular retreats, workshops and other experiences in both Ireland and abroad.
