Una Pizza Amioun is a Pizza located at 7RX8 H9F, Amioun, Lebanon.

@unapizza we make our own brick layered wood-fired ovens, each one is unique and done to measure to occupy its destined location. We milk our well-treated cows daily, the milk is sent directly to our near-by cheese making facility, where the cheesemaking process starts, pasteurizing the milk, then making cheese curd and finally stretching the curd to give it its final texture and form. We produce our organic arugula, kale, basil, Principe Borghese sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs. We follow the principles of the true traditional Neapolitan pizza Our recipes are simple yet different, we rely on the quality of the product to make great dishes.
