I was born and raised in North Central Kansas. I grew up on farms, ranches, and in small towns in the area before moving to southern Colorado in 1995. I worked in my family’s farm machinery dealership and attended college on the western slope of Colorado.While living in western Colorado I began a career in law enforcement that spanned nearly 19 years. After leaving law enforcement in early 21, I began searching for a new career that would still give me that opportunity to make my community a better place and to serve my hometown.
