We facilitate daily group classes which consist of programmed and coached workouts, we offer PT sessions to cater for people with particular goals and needs, and also offer facility rental to teams or external PT’s. For those who want to part take in the programmed workouts but do not want to attend group classes, we also offer open gym time slots throughout the week.
