The Lab Performance and Nutrition is a state of the art training facility established in 2016 by three passionate, experienced and friendly Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Physical Therapists in South County Dublin. The Lab prides itself on its friendly and positive training environment. Our client base ranges from people that have never stepped foot in a studio to world class athletes preparing for competition. Ages range from 12 years old up well into the 70s! Each and every client and their individual needs are catered for equally by our knowledgeable, experienced team.
