No two dogs or their owners, need or want the same our objective is to ensure that the owner gets what they want, qualified by what is good for the dog. If a matted dog is presented, we will not put the dog through hell and back again in order to retain a fluffy coat. Our concern is the dog and their comfort level during the treatment. A Dog Groomer has no magic wand which presents a fluffy dog back to its owner, when it comes in knotted and matted Coat grows again and we will give advice and guidance to the owner in order to assist with the subsequent development of the dog coat and we will discuss and agree what is best for the dog, at this point, and present the dog back accordingly, along with maintenance advice.
