Tennessee Law Institutes Annual Review Seminar is a 12-hour review of recent reported and unreported court decisions, new legislation, and other developments, with 3 optional additional hours of ethics. Our program has been approved for 15 hours of CLE credit, the full annual requirement, including the mandatory 3 hours of Ethics and Professionalism. Our presenters, Sarah Sheppeard, Lucian Pera, and Wade Davies, are experienced educators and practicing attorneys who personally research and analyze all legislative and judicial developments in Tennessee, and are known nationally for their expertise. This seminar is an event not to be missed by attorneys and judges who want to stay abreast of Tennessee and federal law.
