I specialize in individual, adolescent, couple, and family therapy. I have worked in various job settings, including a behavioral health hospital, client’s homes, an adolescent female group home, a residential substance abuse center, and multiple community mental health centers. I have completed numerous training and possess expertise in providing group counseling. I help my clients in a supportive and safe environment by identifying their concerns, beliefs, and hopes while setting practical and manageable goals. Working holistically, I use a variety of effective methodologies, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
