Success University is a Educational consultant located at 1 614-434-6061.
We have formed a non-profit 501c 3 to match college learners with their educational path and career based on a personality assessment. More that that however we wish to provide every learner with a local success coach that helps the student identify the right program, the right university and ultimately the the correct career/organization. The Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator is a wonderful tool for matching people with passion. We hope to go deeper into organizational culture and match the graduate with an organization that fits their personality type as well. The personality helps us understand motivation and passion for each learner. When passion and motivation are matched with the learner/employee everyone wins.
