The St. Catherine University Online Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program in Virginia is a satellite program of St. Catherine University, a private, liberal arts university in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Comprising 13 lab sites, our Online OTA program, which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE), allows students in California and across the country to become OTAs in as few as 16 months through a blended curriculum of online coursework, skills labs and fieldwork. Students will travel to their lab site for one day of hands-on instruction each month, as well as for the initial portion of their fieldwork, while the bulk of fieldwork will be completed at facilities near students’ homes.
