This school is for the curious, the food-obsessed, and the downright hungry! I like to teach by tasting, I have also been told I am an absolute feeder, so with that in mind, the classes are designed to teach you basic skills whilst creating some incredible food to eat along the way. The class list is composed of a mix of classes that might explore a particular cuisine like Mexican or Italian and classes that will teach a technical element of cooking like knife skills, bread making, or patisserie. There is something for all ages, skill levels, interests, and backgrounds with some classes designed for participation, and some that are designed for sitting back with a glass of vino with your feet up as you pick up a new skill during lockdown.
