My name is Mary and I am a Somatic Therapist living in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. The therapy I perform is both trauma informed lifestyle coaching and hands on therapy through the physical stimulation of the Vagus Nerve thus releasing Oxytocin and ultimately releasing trauma stored within the nervous system. I primarily use the Triple Vagal Method ™ modality based on Polyvagal Theory as my clients have achieved the most effective results through this method.
