SolShine Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes are traditional Yoga classes taught on the water on floating boards. Your mat is a stand up paddleboard; the ocean is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water. SolShine SUP Yoga Fitness is the first venture to combine stand up paddle boarding and fitness on the beautiful island of St. John. We take the concept of stand-up paddling and incorporate a wide range of fitness, including yoga, low-impact core strengthening, intervals, and race techniques.
