Shepherd Property Development, LLC, owned and operated by Benjamin Weeks, is a privately owned company that relies on creativity, experience and client interaction based on a foundation of principle. Its focus is on simplifying and enhancing the processes as well as informing clients on not only the value but the potential in every project. Ben has extensive experience in all things construction from rehab and renovations to new construction. He grew up on a farm and began helping his father renovating his family home at the age of 10, taught himself how to do woodworking and eventually pursued a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management at the University of Maine.
