Poké means to slice or cut in Hawaiian, and refers to cubes of raw fish, marinaded in soy/sesame, tossed over rice, topped with fresh vegetables, tropical fruit, and an array of sauces. In Shaka we used the freshest, and highest quality ingredients that are sustainably sourced.
