Several Seats is a community interest company that aims to promote mental health in women of colour from ethnic minority backgrounds. We champion young women with lived experience and strive to create a safe space for peer-to-peer support and learning, where women can finally have a seat at the table to explore the challenges of mental health. Several Seats seeks to inspire, empower, and motivate the future queens of our generation through various platforms including an informative blog, a mental health podcast and mentorship scheme. Through these domains we focus on creating access to different networks and opportunities for learning and development.
